We believe in the effectiveness of our products and we can only offer returns after a minimum usage of 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within our 30-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@awakenia.com.

Important: Please note that our return address differs from our shipping address, and we cannot process refunds for items sent to the wrong location. Ensure you obtain the correct return address from our support team at hello@awakenia.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that changes or cancellations to orders must be made within the first hour of placing the order. Once this timeframe has passed, we may not be able to accommodate your request as orders will have entered the processing phase. If canceled within 1 hour, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the efficacy of our products and encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days. If, after this period, you are still unsatisfied and wish to return your items within our 30-day guarantee period, please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging our products. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@awakenia.com with clear photos of the damage. We will assess and provide a replacement if eligible. Please note, we do not accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Non-refundable Items

Please note that items in sale are non-refundable.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot resend or refund your order.
